Job summary

Zensar Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking a Product Owner to lead end-to-end D365 F&O based solutions. You will define the product vision, maintain the roadmap, and ensure value realization through prioritized features and robust backlog management.

Work with Finance, Retail, and Supply Chain stakeholders in a global, cross-functional environment to drive workshops, validate requirements, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases that align with business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Product Ownership & Strategy
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for D365 F&O-based solutions
• Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and value realization goals
• Prioritize features and backlog based on business value, ROI, and strategic alignment
• Act as the voice of the customer/business stakeholders
• Business Engagement & Stakeholder Management
• Partner with business leaders (Finance, Retail, Supply Chain) to identify opportunities
• Drive workshops, requirement discussions, and solution validation sessions
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on priorities and delivery timelines
• Agile Delivery & Sprint Management
• Own and manage product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions
• Ensure timely delivery of sprints with focus on quality, velocity, and business value
• Work closely with Scrum Masters, developers, and QA teams
• 4 Retail Accounting Expertise
• Provide subject matter expertise on:
• Retail financial flows (invoices, ledgers, sales, returns, discounts, promotions)
• Revenue recognition and reconciliation
• Inventory and cost accounting
• Store-level financial operations
• Ensure D365 solutions align with retail accounting standards and compliance
