Job summary

Hexaware in India is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors specialist to drive end-to-end HR transformations. You will lead module implementations, with a focus on Employee Central, Onboarding, and Compensation Management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure HR solutions.

The role requires 6–14 years of SAP experience, hands-on implementation and integration with SAP S/4HANA and third-party systems.

Qualifications

• 6-14 years SAP HR/SuccessFactors project experience.
• Experience leading SAP delivery teams in Agile/Scrum.
• Experience integrating SF with SAP and third-party systems.
• Certification in one or more modules of SAP SuccessFactors.

Must-Have Skills

• SAP SuccessFactors Expertise
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, specifically: Employee Central (Core HR)
• Onboarding
• Compensation Management
• Time Tracking
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification in one or more of the above modules.

SAP Functional & Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of HR business processes and SuccessFactors implementations. Experience integrating SuccessFactors with: SAP S/4HANA Other SAP modules and third-party systems. Experience designing, developing, implementing, and testing end-to-end SAP HR solutions. Strong solution design and architecture capabilities.

Professional Experience

6-14 years of experience in SAP application development and implementation. Proven experience leading SAP delivery teams and mentoring technical resources. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
