Job summary

Software@Work is seeking a self-driven functional consultant to drive ERPNext implementation and related technology initiatives. You will work with the Project Manager and tech team to coordinate and implement ERPNext, translating business needs into system configurations and ensuring successful delivery.

The role requires coordinating across departments and with the client for data collection, with a proactive, fast-paced approach and ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• ERPNext implementation experience is required.
• Strong data collection and business mapping abilities.
• Good communication with client and team.
• Accounting knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business requirements of client departments.
• Map requirements to ERPNext functionalities and configure the system.
• Coordinate with the client and tech team for data collection and customization.
• Assist the Project Manager in ERPNext rollout.

Job Summary:

Software@Work is looking for a self-driven functional consultant to help with its ERPNext Implementation and other technology initiatives. You will be working closely with the Project Manager and Tech team to coordinate and implement ERPNext. Responsibilities include coordinating between various departments and the tech team for successful implementation. To be a successful candidate, you will need to demonstrate the drive to work in a fast-paced environment with ownership.

Responsibilities and Duties: with

• Understand the business requirements of various departments of the Client.
• Map Business requirements with Software functionalities and communicate effectively with the client.
• Coordinate with the client for Data Collection
• Perform Configurations for successful implementation of ERPNext.
• Coordinate with the Tech team for the required Customization.

Desired Skills:

• Candidate should be well versed with ERPNext
• Self-starter, self-learner, and motivated to learn new things.
• Good Analytical skills
• Accounting Knowledge or Background is a plus.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Intermediate Knowledge of MS Excel or Similar software is a must.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Job Location:

Santacruz East, Vakola, Mumbai

Work Hours:

10:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday; 10:00am to 1:30pm - Saturday (Alternate).
