Job summary

Innovatron Technologies LLP in Bengaluru seeks an ERPNext Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end ERPNext implementations for growing manufacturers and traders. You will engage with customers, capture requirements, configure modules, train teams and drive Go-Live.

You’ll work closely with the delivery partner, design processes, migrate data, support Go-Live, and collaborate with developers on customizations and integrations, building a reusable ERP solution.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of ERP implementation experience in consulting or accounting systems.
• Experience with ERPNext or similar ERP systems and data migration.
• Strong understanding of accounting, GST, inventory and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process discovery workshops with customers and capture requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows and UAT test cases.
• Configure ERPNext modules including Finance, Buying, Selling, Stock and Manufacturing.
• Design workflows, approvals and business processes based on customer needs.
• Lead data migration from Tally/Excel, including COA, customers, suppliers, items and opening balances.
• Coordinate UAT, user training and Go-Live activities.
• Support Go-Live and month-end closing, post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with developers for customizations and integrations.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure requirements are delivered as agreed.

ERPNext Functional Consultant - "Lead ERPNext implementations end to end — understand how a client's business works, configure the system, train their team and take them live."

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 2–5 years

Reports to: Delivery Partner

You’ll implement ERPNext for growing manufacturers and traders, working directly with customers from process discovery through Go-Live. Innovatron Technologies is a Frappe Bronze Partner based in Bengaluru.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct process discovery workshops with customers and understand their business requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows and UAT test cases.
• Configure ERPNext modules including Finance, Buying, Selling, Stock and Manufacturing.
• Design workflows, approvals and business processes based on customer requirements.
• Lead and coordinate data migration from Tally/Excel, including Chart of Accounts, customers, suppliers, items and opening balances.
• Coordinate UAT, user training and Go-Live activities.
• Support customers during Go-Live and the initial month-end closing.
• Work closely with developers to identify requirements for customizations and integrations.
• Manage customer expectations, track issues and ensure functional requirements are delivered as agreed.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in ERP implementation, functional consulting, business analysis or accounting systems.
• Experience with ERPNext, Tally, SAP Business One, Odoo, Zoho or similar ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of accounting, GST, inventory and business processes.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, BOM and costing is an advantage.
• Good communication and clear written English.
• Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable interacting directly with customers and conducting business-process discussions.

Good to Have

• ERPNext/Frappe experience or certification.
• Manufacturing ERP implementation experience.
• Experience with Tally data migration.
• Understanding of workflows, reports and ERP customizations.
