Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced ERP Training Lead to shape and govern the global ERP learning strategy. You will drive adoption with EnableNow and WalkMe while creating scalable training content and curricula across regions.

Collaborate with Change Management, Process Owners, and vendors to ensure readiness, coverage, and measurable adoption. Lead train-the-trainer programs and enable continuous capability development across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Change Management, GPOs, Solution Engineers and business stakeholders.
• Execute structured training plans for SIT/UAT/cutover/hypercare.
• Define KPIs, monitor adoption, and drive continuous improvement.
• Establish sustainable ERP learning ecosystem post go-live.
• Manage vendors and external partners to ensure delivery quality.

Role & responsibilities

1. ERP Training Strategy & Governance

• Define and implement global ERP training and learning strategy aligned with ERP roadmap
• Establish training governance, standards, and methodologies across ERP programs
• Define learning principles supporting global process standardization and local adoption
• Ensure alignment with Change Management and business readiness activities

2. Digital Adoption Platform Management (EnableNow / WalkMe)

• Own and govern digital adoption platforms such as SAP EnableNow and WalkMe
• Define future direction and transition strategy (e.g., EnableNow to WalkMe)
• Establish standards for digital learning content, simulations, guided tours, and in-app help
• Ensure platform scalability and usability across ERP landscape

3. Training Design & Content Development

• Define role-based training curriculum aligned with business processes and ERP template
• Collaborate with BPEs and Solution Engineers to translate process design into training materials
• Develop reusable digital learning assets (simulations, SOPs, job aids, e-learning)
• Ensure training content is standardized and reusable across rollout waves

4. Collaboration with Change Management & Business

• Work closely with Change Management Lead to drive user adoption and readiness
• Partner with GPOs, RBPOs, and local teams to align training with business processes
• Ensure training reflects future ways of working and process standardization
• Support business readiness assessments and capability building

5. Deployment & Rollout Enablement

• Support ERP rollout waves with structured training plans and execution
• Enable train-the-trainer and super-user models across regions
• Coordinate training activities for SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare phases
• Ensure readiness of training materials prior to go-live

6. Learning Analytics & Adoption Monitoring

• Define KPIs for training effectiveness and adoption
• Monitor training completion, engagement, and competency levels
• Identify adoption gaps and implement corrective actions
• Provide insights to ERP leadership and program governance

7. Continuous Learning & Knowledge Management

• Establish a sustainable ERP learning ecosystem beyond go-live
• Support continuous learning for changes, releases, and new capabilities
• Maintain central ERP knowledge repository and digital learning library
• Promote self-service learning and continuous capability development

8. Vendor & Partner Management

• Collaborate with training vendors and implementation partners
• Ensure quality and consistency of externally developed materials
• Optimize use of digital adoption tools and licensing investments
• Reduce dependency on external providers over time

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, IT, or a related field
• 7-12+ years of experience in ERP training, learning enablement, or change adoption, preferably in SAP programs
• Proven experience defining and executing training strategies for large-scale ERP implementations or global rollouts
• Strong expertise with digital adoption and learning tools such as SAP EnableNow, WalkMe, or similar platforms
• Experience developing role-based training curricula, digital learning assets, simulations, and user documentation
• Strong understanding of end-to- end ERP business processes and how process design translates into training content
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, cutover, hypercare, and business readiness activities across deployment waves
• Ability to define training KPIs, monitor adoption metrics, and translate insights into continuous improvement actions
• Experience collaborating with Change Management, GPOs, Solution Engineers, business stakeholders, and external vendors
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills in global and matrix organizations
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
