About The Role

iamneo is looking for an experienced SAP SME Trainer to deliver functional and technical SAP training across enterprise learning programs. This role is suited for a trainer with strong SAP implementation or consulting experience and the ability to build role‑based, practical, and scalable SAP learning journeys.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of hands‑on SAP implementation or consulting experience
• Experience across two or more full SAP project lifecycle implementations
• Strong expertise in at least two SAP functional modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or HCM
• Understanding of cross‑module integration points
• Experience in S/4HANA migration projects and SAP Activate methodology preferred
• 3+ years of experience delivering SAP training to end users, super users, or technical audiences
• Exposure to go‑live hypercare training, role‑based learning, and e‑learning authoring

• SAP S/4HANA: implementation, configuration, system landscape management, upgrade paths
• SAP Modules – FI/CO: GL, AR/AP, controlling, profit centre accounting
• MM: procurement, inventory, MRP

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP functional and technical training across assigned modules
• Create and maintain role‑based training materials, process simulations, quick reference guides, and e‑learning modules
• Support go‑live readiness, including train‑the‑trainer programs, hypercare sessions, and change management support
• Design and maintain SAP training environments, including master data, test data, and role‑based access setup
• Build and manage assessment frameworks such as transaction‑based practical tests and competency assessments
• Conduct SAP certification preparation workshops for learners pursuing associate‑level SAP certifications
• Stay updated on SAP roadmap and release changes, and refresh training content regularly
