Job summary

SVT Advisors is seeking a Fintech-enthusiast IT candidate with strong accounting knowledge to understand client processes, prepare BRDs, and implement ERP systems. This role focuses on functional solutions, data reconciliation, and client training during go-live.

Candidates should map business problems to ERP workflows, excel in data analysis, and communicate clearly with clients. Zoho Finance familiarity is a plus; fresh CA or finance graduates are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in Fintech is a must.
• Open to Fresher CAs, Commerce Graduates, MBA (Finance/BA) or any professional background with ERP experience.
• Experience with Zoho Finance Apps is advantageous.

Note:This is not a Developer role. IT candidates without Finance/Accounting knowledge should not apply.

Responsibilities:

• Understand client business processes and requirements for ERP implementation.
• Thorough knowledge of Accounting Entries, aligned with Business Process Flow.
• Based on client business processes, prepare BRDs, check feasibility, and create Functional Solution Documents.
• Implement ERP systems and train clients on usage.
• Apply analytical thinking to build logic for matching and consolidating data from different sources into reports.
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional queries during client go-live.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of business processes and transactional flow; excellent command of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning, etc.)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to map business problems to ERP workflows.
• Good communication skills for client interaction and training.
• AI enthusiast who applies critical thinking - comfortable using AI for automation while being mindful of data privacy.

Eligibility Criteria:
