Job summary

Sunshell Power is implementing the Zoho Finance Suite to replace Tally and integrate with existing processes. You will own the end-to-end migration, configuration, data validation, UAT, and post-go-live support, working directly with senior Finance leadership and across Accounts, Procurement, Projects, and Operations.

We seek hands-on Tally Prime experience, GST/TDS knowledge, and proven ownership of past ERP projects. Expect on-site work with a three-month go-live target from joining.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Tally Prime experience (real usage, not familiarity).
• Working knowledge of GST / TDS / TCS will be tested at interview.
• Basic data migration / reconciliation exposure.
• Demonstrated independent ownership on a past project.
• Able to join within 30 days.
• Zoho Books or ERP hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tally-to-Zoho migration: Chart of Accounts, masters, workflows, module configuration.
• Configure GST, TDS, TCS, e-Invoicing and ensure statutory compliance.
• Own data migration, validation, and post-go-live reconciliation.
• Run UAT, prepare SOPs, and train users across departments.
• Design Zoho cost-centre structure aligned to existing Tally project-wise cost centres.
• Identify automation opportunities and continuously improve the ERP post-go-live.

About the Role

Sunshell is migrating from Tally to the full Zoho Finance Suite (Books, Inventory, Expense, Payroll, Billing), run in parallel with Tally. We're hiring someone to own this implementation end-to-end not a routine accounting role, and not supported by an external implementation partner. You'll work directly with senior Finance leadership and drive adoption across Accounts, Procurement, Projects, and Operations. Target go-live: 3 months from joining.

• Cannot commit to on-site presence during COA design, UAT, training, and go-live phases
