Job summary

Process Master Technologies is seeking a seasoned ERP Functional Consultant to lead ERP implementations, client engagement, and mentoring across Manufacturing/Process/Pharma industries. The role requires strong ERP module expertise, hands-on PLSQL, and excellent communication to drive project success.

Extensive travel to client sites is expected; graduates with ERP knowledge are preferred; 2+ years of ERP implementation and consulting experience required.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate with ERP functional expertise.
• Minimum 2 years of ERP implementation and consulting experience in Manufacturing/Process/Pharma industries.
• Hands-on experience with PLSQL and ERP backend systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to independently manage ERP projects and client engagements.
• Experience in team management and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• ERP Implementation & Deployment: Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects across Finance, Production, Stores, Sales, and Inventory Control modules; configure, deploy, and manage ERP systems and backend databases; conduct requirement gathering, solution design, and functional consulting.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Act as primary liaison with enterprise clients; deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and training; build strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Team & Stakeholder Management: Manage and mentor ERP implementation teams; collaborate with ERP core teams, technical consultants, and stakeholders; ensure timely delivery of ERP projects.
• Support & Training: Provide ERP support by resolving client queries via phone, email, remote, or onsite; maintain flowcharts, SOPs, and user manuals; conduct end-user training sessions.
• Travel: Extensive travel to client sites for implementation, training, and relationship-building activities.
