Job summary

Master Handlers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Experienced ERP End User with hands-on experience in MM, PP, and SD modules to support cross-functional teams, ensure data accuracy, and coordinate with ERP teams for issue resolution.

The role covers Material Master, Vendor Master, Inventory control, Production Orders, sales orders, deliveries, billing, and QM-related data updates. Manufacturing experience preferred; Diploma/Bachelors required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ERP end-user experience in MM/PP/SD modules.
• Understanding of procurement, production, and sales processes.
• Knowledge of inventory management concepts.
• Basic understanding of MRP processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot transaction errors in ERP.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Basic MS Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Material Master data and vendor master data.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock movements; assist audits.
• Maintain Production Orders and track production progress; resolve issues.
• Manage Sales Orders and support deliveries and billing processes.
• Coordinate dispatch and logistics activities in ERP.
• Record inspections and generate defect data in ERP.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced ERP End User with hands‑on experience in supporting activities related to ERP MM (Material Management), ERP PP (Production Planning), and ERP SD (Sales & Distribution), etc. Modules. The candidate will be responsible for supporting cross-functional teams, ensuring data accuracy, and coordinating with the ERP functional/technical team for issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

ERP MM (Material Management)

Supporting activities and coordinating with the ERP functional/technical team for issue resolution for following activities.

• To maintain Material Master data
• Vendor master data management
• Inventory management and stock monitoring
• Support physical stock audits and reconciliation

ERP PP (Production Planning)

Supporting activities and coordinating with the ERP functional/technical team for issue resolution for following activities.

• To Maintain Production Order
• Understand and resolve the production related issues in ERP through ERP functional / Technical team
• Support in Tracking production progress and report variances through ERP

ERP SD (Sales & Distribution)

Supporting activities and coordinating with the ERP functional/technical team for issue resolution for following activities.

• To maintain Sales Orders through ERP
• Supporting through ERP for Process Deliveries and Billing documents
• Support to Coordinate dispatch and logistics activities

ERP QM (Quality Management)

Supporting activities and coordinating with the ERP functional/technical team for issue resolution for following activities.

• Support to recording inspection results in ERP
• Support to generate the data related to defects through ERP
