Job summary

Vriddhi4u Hr Services invites an experienced ERP Change Lead to drive SAP Transformation programs from design through hypercare. You will translate technical changes into business language, lead change management, and collaborate with SAP leads, SI partners and training teams.

The role requires 10+ years in change management with 5+ years in ERP/SAP, hands-on S/4HANA experience, strong governance, and preferred Prosci/ADKAR certification. Based in Bengaluru, offering up to 25 LPA CTC.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in change management or related field.
• 5+ years in ERP/SAP Transformation.
• Hands-on SAP transformation experience: S/4HANA, ECC-to-S/4 migration.
• Experience across SAP implementation lifecycle: Design, Build, Test, Deploy & Hypercare.
• Strong stakeholder management and programme governance.
• Prosci or ADKAR certification preferred.

ERP Change Lead - SAP Transformation

Are you a seasoned Change Management professional who can bridge the gap between technology transformation and people adoption?

We are looking for an experienced ERP Change Lead to join a leading business transformation & consulting organisation, known for delivering enterprise-wide transformation programs and leveraging globally recognised change management methodologies, including Prosci and ADKAR®.

Location: Bengaluru

CTC: Up to 25 LPA

Experience: 10+ years | 5+ years in ERP/SAP Transformation

What we’re looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP/ERP transformation programs - S/4HANA, ECC-to-S/4 migration or similar
• Experience managing change across the complete SAP implementation lifecycle - Design, Build, Test, Deploy & Hypercare
• Strong understanding of OCM, change impact assessment, business readiness, adoption & resistance management
• Ability to work closely with SAP functional leads, SI partners and technical teams
• Experience designing end-user training, change champion/super-user networks and communication plans
• Strong stakeholder management and programme governance experience
• Prosci / ADKAR certification preferred
• A hands-on, influential Change Leader who can translate complex technology changes into business-friendly language
