A global innovation leader seeks an ERP Application Specialist for its Navi Mumbai office. The candidate will provide support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 in Supply Chain and Manufacturing, leading users' adoption and troubleshooting issues. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field and over 5 years of ERP system support experience. ERP Application Specialist (Supply Chain/Manufacturing)

Overview

We are looking for an ERP Application Specialist to provide day-to-day functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the Supply Chain & Manufacturing functionalities.

In this role, you will support end users, resolve incidents and issues, ensure system stability, and drive continuous improvements in a post-implementation environment. You will act as a key bridge between business users, IT, and external partners, and play a key role in leading the adoption and optimization of systems. This role will support end-users in China, Malaysia, Australia and Europe.

This role offers the flexibility of working a hybrid schedule from home and in our Navi Mumbai office (2 day minimum onsite).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide functional support for Supply Chain & Manufacturing Microsoft Dynamics 365 users to increase adoption and optimization of the ERP system and achieve defined SLA and KPIs.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and system issues.
• Identify business/user requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis.
• Optimize system configuration in partnership with implementation and development teams.
• Lead stakeholder collaboration in the ongoing education and development of priorities.
• Manage the development and adoption of systems through effective change management practices.
• Support user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Assist with configuration changes, enhancements, and testing.
• Escalate and coordinate complex issues with vendors or development teams.
• Support reporting, data quality, and basic security/access requests.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years experience supporting ERP systems in a business environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of business processes and user workflows.
• Experience working in multi-company or multi-country environments.
• Strong English communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Preferred

• ITIL knowledge or experience working with ticketing systems.
• Experience working with external vendors or implementation partners.
