Hitachi Solutions India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Lead Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on experience in D365 F&O, focusing on SCM. You will lead end-to-end implementation projects, gather requirements, design solutions, and drive deployments for global clients.

The role requires strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, warehouse, and planning processes, plus expertise in CRP, UAT, and training.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of functional consulting in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/AX.
• Strong expertise in D365 SCM modules and business processes.
• Hands-on experience in at least 2–3 full lifecycle D365 SCM implementation projects.
• Understanding of supply chain operations, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and planning processes.
• Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and user training.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to lead workshops, demonstrations, and business process discussions.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end D365 SCM implementation projects.
• Conduct workshops and process mapping sessions with stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and recommend best-fit D365 SCM solutions.
• Configure and implement D365 SCM modules including Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Product Information Management, Master Planning, Sales Order Management, Transportation Management.
• Prepare functional design documents, business process documents, and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with technical consultants for customization, integrations, and reporting requirements.
• Participate in CRP, UAT, training, and deployment activities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project team members.
• Support data migration, testing, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
• Work directly with clients to address business challenges and ensure successful project delivery.

Position: D365 SCM Functional Lead Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Lead Consultant with 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), specifically in the Supply Chain Management domain. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in leading end-to-end D365 SCM implementation projects, gathering business requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end D365 SCM implementation projects.
• Conduct business requirement gathering workshops and process mapping sessions with stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and recommend best-fit D365 SCM solutions.

• Strong expertise in D365 SCM modules and business processes.

• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and planning processes.
• Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and user training.

• Relevant Microsoft Certifications will be an added advantage.
