Job summary
Marmon Technologies India Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking an ERP Analyst with hands-on Epicor Kinetic experience to support configuration, workflows, reporting, and day-to-day ERP operations. The role involves configuring workflows, BPMs, dashboards, BAQs, labels and forms, and supporting UI enhancements via Application Studio.
This position provides L2/L3 ERP support and partners with business users to deliver stable Epicor Kinetic solutions, assist with upgrades, data migration, and testing.
Qualifications
- Hands-on Epicor Kinetic experience required.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes.
- Experience with workflows, BPMs, BAQs, dashboards and reporting.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Responsibilities

- SQL or technical troubleshooting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of Epicor ERP experience, preferably Kinetic.
- Progression to Senior ERP Analyst or Functional Lead.
- Specialization in Finance, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain modules.
- Exposure to Epicor Kinetic cloud upgrades and transformation initiatives.
