Job Summary:
Index Infotech is seeking a highly experienced Senior Operational Consultant to drive strategic business improvements, optimize processes, and enhance overall operational efficiency. This role requires deep expertise in business operations, process transformation, and strategic advisory, providing key recommendations to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of proven experience in operational consulting (SCM & Manufacturing), leading large-scale process enhancements, and delivering impactful results across complex business environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, customize, and deploy EPICOR ERP solutions based on business needs, focused on operational best practices in new business implementations.
• Identify opportunities for operational process improvements and efficiencies using Epicor Kinetic functionalities.
• Document operational processes, procedures, and system changes to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other team members to resolve issues, ensure smooth outcomes, and provide an excellent customer experience for internal and external customers.
• Provide training and support to users, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues.
• Stay updated on Epicor best practices and emerging trends to enhance system utilization and effectiveness.
• Analyze business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and document findings.
• Maintain good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel when the project demands.
• Guide senior management in change management strategies to implement new processes effectively and technologies.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior consultants and operational teams.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in operational consulting, business process improvement, or enterprise transformation.
• Proven track record of leading high-level operational projects and delivering measurable improvements.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Expertise in workflow optimization, business strategy, financial impact analysis, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills with experience in business analysis.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with experience advising C-suite executives.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, automation tools, and digital transformation strategies.
