Job summary

Sbicap Securities seeks an early-career Relationship Manager (Equity Dealer) in Nagpur for handling client advisories, intra-day calls, and trade confirmations. You will ensure compliance with SEBI rules and advise clients using research insights while growing brokerage and client activity.

The role targets revenue growth through active client engagement, regular portfolio reviews, and potential cross-selling of insurance and mutual funds.

Qualifications

• NISM 8 certification is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Confidence and strong presentation abilities.
• Ability to explain information clearly and simply.
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicating Intra-day trading calls and investing ideas to customers.
• Ensure strict adherence to SEBI regulations, internal policies and suitability norms.
• Ability to advise the clients from time to time based on the research calls.
• Generating brokerage and volume to the branch.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide clear market and performance updates.
• To trade on behalf of clients, keeping them informed about rates, research information and market outlook, order & trade details and confirmations.
• Identify new streams for revenue and maintain cordial relationship with existing clients.
• Achieve laid down target W.r.t Revenue generation, client activation & client acquisition.
• Cross selling third party products (Life Insurance & mutual funds).
