Motilal Oswal Financial Services (MOFSL) is seeking an Equity Advisor for Retail clients in Bhubaneswar. You will primarily advise clients on their Equity portfolios and drive brokerage growth, while expanding client relationships and meeting assigned targets.

The role requires 3+ years in Equity/Mutual Funds/PMS/Broking, capital markets knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office. Daily client interactions and compliance adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline, MBA.
• Experience: 3+ Years in Equity / MF / PMS / Broking.
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of capital markets.
• IT Skills: MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Equity portfolios with timely guidance.
• New client acquisition for Broking and Investment products.
• Include PMS/MF/Fixed Income and Insurance per targets.
• Develop 2 new client relationships monthly.
• Conduct daily meetings with clients and prospects for business.
• Must have experience in using Trading terminal.

Role Designation: Equity Advisor: Retail

Reporting to: Team Leader Advisory

Location: Bhubaneshwar

Job Purpose

Responsible to Brokerage generation primarily through advising clients on their Equity portfolio.

New client acquisition for Broking , Investment products

PMS/MF/Fixed Income and Insurance on as per assigned targets.

Key Deliverables

• Ensure timely advice to customers for Equity markets.
• Portfolio Review to be done monthly with clients for deepening the Client relationship.
• Ensure adherence to Compliance process for advice given
• 2 New to Firm relationship to be sourced on monthly basis.
• Daily meetings to be done with existing clients and new prospects for business.
• Must have exp in using Terminal.

• Educational Qualifications: Graduation in any discipline, MBA

Finance, NCFM

• Experience: 3+ Years in Equity / MF / PMS / Broking
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of capital markets
