Monarch Networth Capital in Hyderabad invites a results-driven sales and advisory professional with 2+ years in stock broking to join our relationship and advisory team. You will provide buy/sell/hold guidance based on in-house research, execute trades, and help clients manage their portfolios.

The role emphasizes acquiring new clients, expanding share of wallet, and meeting monthly brokerage targets while ensuring SEBI compliance and proper documentation. NISM certification is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate (Post Graduate Preferred)
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the Stock Broking Industry

Responsabilités

• Provide proactive buy/sell/hold recommendations on Equity and Derivatives (F&O) based on in-house research reports. Execute trades on behalf of clients via terminals (ODIN, NEAT, or proprietary platforms) with high accuracy.
• Identify and acquire new HNI and retail clients. Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to ensure a high Share of Wallet.
• Achieve monthly targets for brokerage generation and active client participation.
• Conduct regular portfolio health checks for clients, ensuring diversification and alignment with their risk appetite.
• Promote and sell third-party products (TPP) including Mutual Funds, PMS (Portfolio Management Services), AIF, Insurance, and IPOs.
• Stay updated with daily market movements, global cues, and sector-specific news to provide real-time updates to clients.
• Ensure 100% adherence to SEBI and Exchange regulations, including voice recording for orders and proper documentation for account opening.
• Should be NISM Certified
