• Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated EPC project schedules for Engineering, Procurement, Vendor activities, and Project Execution.
• Prepare and monitor baseline schedules, milestone schedules, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules.
• Track engineering deliverables including P&IDs, datasheets, GA drawings, vendor documents, and 3D model milestones.
• Monitor procurement activities from RFQ through vendor inputs and PO placement.
• Identify schedule slippages and assess impact on downstream activities and milestones.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Vendors, Project Management, and Client teams to resolve constraints.

Role Summary

Responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring integrated EPC project schedules. Coordinates with multiple teams to track deliverables, assess schedule impacts, and support timely project execution.

What Youll Do

• Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated EPC project schedules for Engineering, Procurement, Vendor activities, and Project Execution
• Prepare and monitor baseline schedules, milestone schedules, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules
• Track engineering deliverables including P&IDs, datasheets, GA drawings, vendor documents, and 3D model milestones
• Monitor procurement activities from RFQ issuance through technical clarifications, purchase order placement, vendor document submission, and receipt of vendor inputs
• Identify schedule slippages and assess impact on downstream engineering activities and project milestones
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Vendors, Project Management, and Client teams to resolve schedule constraints
• Monitor client comments and approvals and evaluate their impact on engineering completion
• Track critical procurement packages and vendor deliverables to ensure timely availability of engineering inputs
• Highlight critical delays and develop schedule recovery/catch-up actions with functional teams
• Prepare periodic project progress reports and management updates, covering planned vs. actual progress, key delays, critical activities, and mitigation actions
• Monitor critical path activities and elevate schedule risks as needed
• Support project teams in maintaining alignment between Engineering, Procurement, and Execution milestones
