This position is accountable for assisting the Senior Environmental Services Technician in the review of proposed highway improvements to determine potential environmental impacts, develop appropriate mitigation when necessary, and keep records of the status of all mitigation actions to ensure the timely, accurate, and complete development of environmental reports and documents.
