Job summary

EGIS invites an experienced Highway Design Engineer to lead complex highway projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and sustainability. You will guide the design of alignment, drainage, and traffic systems, and develop 3D models and drawings using advanced software.

The role requires 7–9 years in highway design, a civil engineering degree, and a PE license. You will collaborate with environmental and geotechnical teams, manage projects, and mentor juniors, staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
• PE license required or equivalent.
• 7–9 years of highway design experience with large infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation; strong traffic analysis skills.
• Knowledge of environmental impact assessments is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Proven project management skills and ability to manage budgets and resources.

Responsibilities
