Job summary

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) seeks an EHS Trainer to plan, design and deliver training programs focused on environment, health and safety in our manufacturing operations. You will promote a strong safety culture and raise employee awareness, knowledge and competencies in EHS practices.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in environmental science or related field, with NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA preferred, and 3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Occupational Health, Industrial Safety, or related field.
• Certification in safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in EHS training or EHS operations in an industrial, construction, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of EHS legislation and safety management systems.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and training software/tools.
• Ability to communicate in local/regional languages is an advantage.
