Role Overview As an Environmental Consultant specializing in EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment), you will play a key role in supporting environmental assessment projects from conception through documentation and reporting. This is a full-time position requiring hands-on involvement in technical environmental work and stakeholder coordination. You will work with project teams to ensure all environmental requirements and regulatory standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities • Support and execute Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) projects across various phases • Conduct comprehensive environmental studies and detailed environmental assessments • Prepare, review, and maintain high-quality technical environmental documentation and reports • Collect, analyze, organize, and interpret project-related environmental data and findings • Coordinate and compile all information required for EIA project submissions and approvals • Assist in the preparation of environmental reports for regulatory compliance and stakeholder communication • Work collaboratively with cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment with environmental requirements • Maintain accurate, organized records of all ongoing projects and environmental assessments • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure project compliance with current environmental standards • Liaise with environmental authorities and stakeholders to support project approvals

Must-Have Skills • 2-4 years of dedicated working experience specifically in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) projects • B.Tech or equivalent qualification in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or closely related field • Strong technical understanding of environmental assessment methodologies and processes • Proficiency in environmental data collection, analysis, and interpretation • Experience in preparing and maintaining technical environmental documentation • Excellent written communication skills for report writing and documentation • Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements

Good to Have • Experience with environmental management systems and ISO certifications • Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) or environmental modeling software • Post-graduation qualification or specialization in Environmental Science or Sustainability • Experience with public consultation and stakeholder engagement processes • Knowledge of environmental audit procedures • Experience with multiple EIA projects across different sectors (infrastructure, industrial, etc.)
