Job summary

Medhavi Skills University is seeking Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (EIRs) to build new businesses inside MedhaviOne. Each EIR reports to the Founders and owns one mandate end to end.

This 2-3 year founder apprenticeship is fully paid. You build a real business with our partner network and university backing, driven by market needs and hands-on execution.

Two mandates span Enterprise Growth and New Learning Brand, with clear growth paths into head roles; you will lead from plan to outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree from IIT/IIM or top-tier institute (or proven equivalent track record).
• 2–5 years of work experience.
• Built something from scratch and can show.
• Commitment to 2–3 years hands-on building with us.
• Clear, sharp writing in applications.

Role Overview:

We are hiring Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (EIRs) to build new businesses from zero inside MedhaviOne. Each EIR reports to the Founders and owns one mandate end to end.

For years, the strongest graduates from top institutes walked past education. That is changing. The capital, talent and ambition now entering the sector mean it is moving fast.

This role is a 2-3 year founder apprenticeship, fully paid. You build a real business, with our partner network and university behind you.

The Mandates

We are hiring for two mandates. Apply for one.

What You will do

In both mandates, you run the business as its founder.

What we are looking for

Must have

• A degree from an IIT, IIM or other top-tier institute, or a track record that speaks just as loudly.
• 2–5 years of work experience.
• Something you built from scratch, and can show.
• A minimum commitment to 2–3 years of hands‑on building with us.
• Clear, sharp writing. Your application is the first test.

Good to have

• For Enterprise Growth: B2B marketing or growth experience in SaaS or AI.
• For New Learning Brand: EdTech experience or new-age education businesses.
• For both: Experience running a P&L, or part of one.
