  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure all projects and programmes are aligned with LR’s corporate strategy, transformation roadmap, and business objectives.
  • Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Influence and collaborate with senior leaders, including C-suite stakeholders, to ensure programme success and strategic buy‑in.
  • Governance & Assurance: Establish and maintain robust governance structures, reporting frameworks, and risk management practices across all programme activities.
  • Mentor & Lead: Provide leadership and guidance to Project Managers and cross‑functional teams, fostering a high‑performance culture and building delivery capability across the function.

  • Deep understanding of project governance, risk management, and change delivery, with strong commercial acumen and the ability to align delivery with strategic business outcomes.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, MSP, or AgilePM are highly desirable.
