Job summary

3M in Bangalore, with work location Hebbal (Karnataka), is seeking an Enterprise Supply Chain Project Coordinator in a hybrid setup. The role involves preparing executive-ready materials, coordinating POs, and supporting cross-functional project execution across global teams.

You will analyze data in Excel, track action items, and leverage AI tools to summarize meetings and drive improvements. Requires 8+ years in supply chain-related roles and a Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, planning, logistics, engineering, or manufacturing operations.
• Analyze data and Excel files to prepare reports, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support project tracking and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Prepare executive-ready meeting and presentation materials by collecting content, consolidating inputs, ensuring formatting consistency, and supporting gate reviews, executive reviews, departmental meetings, and related leadership forums.
• Support project execution by collecting, compiling, and organizing key project content, including gate review lessons learned, action items, systemic opportunities, and recommended next steps. Manage recognition activities that prompt leaders to celebrate team and project contributions.
• Track action items and deliverables using tools such as MS Planner, follow up with owners, monitor progress, and prepare updates for SVP-level and executive report-outs.
• Coordinate purchase order (PO) activities from launch and release through successful receipt, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinate contingent worker onboarding, including requisition support, recruiting coordination, electronics and system access readiness, and transition to appropriate team leads.
• Leverage AI, transcription, and data analysis tools to summarize meetings, identify action items, support priority assignments, share practical AI use cases.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of years of experience in supply chain, procurement, planning logistics, engineering, ormanufacturing operations.
• Analyze data and Excel files to prepare reports, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support project tracking and decision-making.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role including:

• Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile delivery (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe) are required.
• Experience with AI, digital transformation, or emerging technologies in project delivery
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end projects across Agile and Waterfall environments and manage risks
• Strong problem-solving skills to analyse processes and drive improvements
• Effective communication and collaboration with diverse, cross-functional stakeholders
