Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• Over 8 years of experience in procurement operations, process optimization, and global procurement environments.

• Proven experience in strategic thinking, global procurement process design, process management, and driving initiatives aligned with 3M’s strategic goals.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to identify opportunities, improve processes, and enable sustainable procurement operations.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across global teams, influence stakeholders, drive change adoption, and support EMEA and USAC teams across time zones when required.
