Job summary

3M is seeking an Enterprise Supply Chain Project Coordinator in Bengaluru (Hebbal, Karnataka), offering hybrid work. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, planning logistics, engineering, or manufacturing operations.
• Analyze data and Excel files to prepare reports, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support project tracking and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Preparing executive-ready meeting and presentation materials by collecting content, consolidating inputs, ensuring formatting consistency, and supporting gate reviews, executive reviews, departmental meetings, and related leadership forums.
• Supporting project execution by collecting, compiling, and organizing key project content, including gate review lessons learned, action items, systemic opportunities, and recommended next steps.
• Tracking action items and deliverables using tools such as MS Planner, following up with owners, monitoring progress, and preparing updates for SVP-level and executive report-outs.
• Coordinating purchase order (PO) activities from launch and release through successful receipt, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinating contingent worker onboarding, including requisition support, recruiting coordination, electronics and system access readiness, and transition to appropriate team leads.
• Leveraging AI, transcription, and data analysis tools to summarize meetings, identify action items, support priority assignments, share practical AI use cases

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of years of experience in supply chain, procurement, planning logistics, engineering, ormanufacturing operations.
• Analyze data and Excel files to prepare reports, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support project tracking and decision-making.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile delivery (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe) are required.
• Experience with AI, digital transformation, or emerging technologies in project delivery
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end projects across Agile and Waterfall environments and manage risks
• Strong problem-solving skills to analyse processes and drive improvements
• Effective communication and collaboration with diverse, cross-functional stakeholders
