Job summary

Michael Page in Mumbai seeks a Senior Enterprise Architect to lead end-to-end Health Insurance architecture and modernization initiatives. You will define a roadmap across policy administration, claims, and member management, while ensuring governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance in a large-scale program.

Ideal candidates have 13+ years IT experience with 4-5+ years in Health Insurance architecture, TOGAF, and cloud proficiency across Azure/AWS/GCP; HL7 FHIR knowledge and health-domain

Qualifications

• 13+ years IT experience with 4-5+ years in Enterprise/Solution Architecture in Health Insurance.
• Hands-on experience shaping Health Insurance platforms, claims or provider networks.
• TOGAF-certified (preferred) with cloud exposure (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• HL7 FHIR knowledge and health domain certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and define end-to-end Health Insurance enterprise architecture roadmap.
• Lead architecture across policy admin, member management, benefits, and enrollment.
• Design governance for claims, provider networks, hospital and TPA integrations; ensure privacy & regulatory reporting.

Job Description

• Own and define the end-to-end Health Insurance enterprise architecture roadmap and target state.
• Lead architecture across policy administration, member management, benefits, and enrollment systems.
• Design and govern claims, provider network, hospital, and TPA integration architectures.Ensure compliance, data governance, privacy, security, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Drive digital transformation through member portals, mobile apps, telemedicine, and wellness platforms.
• TOGAF 9/10 (Foundation & Practitioner)
• HL7 FHIR Certification or Health Interoperability Certification
• Azure / AWS / GCP Solution Architect Certification
• HIMSS Certification (preferred)
• Health Insurance or Insurance Domain Certifications (preferred)

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

• 13+ years of IT experience with 4-5+ years in Enterprise/Solution Architecture within Health Insurance or Healthcare Payer organizations.
• Strong expertise across Health Insurance domains including Policy Administration, Claims, Provider Networks, Member Management, and Digital Health.
• Hands-on experience implementing or architecting Health Insurance platforms, TPA systems, or Claims Management solutions.
• Deep understanding of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 FHIR, EDI, and provider ecosystem integrations.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation programs, engage senior stakeholders, and govern enterprise-wide architecture decisions.
• TOGAF-certified (preferred) with exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and healthcare data governance frameworks.
