We are seeking experienced, hands-on Technology Strategy / Architecture consultants with experience in insurance core transformations on either life or non-life areas or both. The role will require experience and capability in core and digital transformations for insurance companies in India which would have involved at least one implementation of InsureMO.

The ideal candidate will also need to demonstrate strong problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, architecture design, and delivery execution in the Indian insurance context.

Strategy and Transformation

• Design and drive end-to-end enterprise and digital architectures for insurance companies across business, application, data, and integration domains.
• Lead architecture assessments of current-state systems for insurance companies and define future-state target architectures.
• Develop and implement scalable, secure, and resilient architecture solutions involving modern software solutions such as InsureMO
• Drive embedded finance solutions in the insurance space

Stakeholder Management & Business Engagement

• Partner closely with business stakeholders, product and partner teams, engineering teams, and enterprise architecture functions.
• Translate business objectives into practical technology solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Facilitate architecture and implementation discussions, workshops, and governance reviews.
• Build strong working relationships across cross-functional and distributed teams.

Delivery & Governance

• Support architecture implementations involving PAS, middleware and digital solutions such as InsureMO and ensure alignment to enterprise standards and patterns.
• Provide hands-on implementation expertise throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and platform teams while maintaining a strong application and data architecture focus.
• Innovation & Strategic Initiatives
• Contribute to AI-enabled transformation initiatives, including agentic and AI based workflows
• Support modernization initiatives across client and colleague platforms, digital portals, and enterprise integrations.
• Participate in strategic programs such as enterprise data platform evolution and large-scale platform integrations
• Strong experience across:
• Ability to navigate complex, multi-domain enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of application integration patterns and distributed architectures.

Technical Skills

• Experience with InsureMO across either life or Non-life or both as PAS or as middleware or both
• Experience in cloud-native and hybrid architectures:
• Experience with containerized platforms and modern application deployment models.
