Tekgence, Inc. in Navi Mumbai and Chennai seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the technology strategy across business, process and data layers. With 15–25 years in large-scale environments, you will define roadmaps, governance and architecture standards while guiding cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep expertise in microservices, SOA, DevOps and secure architecture, and includes mentoring designers and developers to ensure delivery aligns with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise architecture experience in large-scale environments.
• Expertise in Java, Angular, Spring Boot and API-led architecture.
• Strong SDLC, Agile/Scrum project management.
• Hands-on with high-volume banking services design.
• Proven ability to define principles, standards and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into architectural solutions.
• Own enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Map ecosystem and interdependencies, assess change impacts.
• Establish architectural principles, standards, and artefacts.
• Mentor designers, developers, BAs, testers, and support teams.

Experience- 15 to 25 Years

Location:- Navi Mumbai, Chennai

Immediate to 30 days joiners only

Work mode:- Work from office (Monday to Friday plus 1st, 3rd & 5th Saturday every month)

Responsibility

• 1. Collaborate and consult with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural solutions by assuring business, application, infrastructure and data decisions are aligned with enterprise architecture strategy.
• 2. Own the enterprise architecture vision, strategy and roadmaps from a business, process, technology and data perspective, including `as is, `to be and transitional states.
• 3. Understand the organizations ecosystem and its interdependencies and its impact in case of any change, including reference architectures.
• 4. Establish architectural principles, policies, best practices and standards, documentation and artefacts generation.
• 5. Proactive communicate and mentor team of designers and developers along with business analyst, tester and support people.
• 6. Deep knowledge of Micro Services Architecture and SOA for services design leading to enhancements to optimize performance, scalability by recommending reuse, sustainability with effective risk management.
• 7. Drive the adoption of DevOps practices, automation and CICD pipelines to streamline software delivery processes Requirements.

Education

BE or ME in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.

• 1. Proven experience more than 15+ years and working as an enterprise architect or similar role in a large scale enterprise environment.
• 2. Technologies exposure Java Angular, Spring Boot, Oracle, API gateway, API design, OpenShift, WAS, Golden Gate, mobile technologies, DevOps, Security Certification in TOGAF, Zachman Framework or other EA framework would have added advantage
• 3. Strong hands on experience on designing high volume service in banking domain; corporate banking exposure preferred Expertise in SDLC and project management methodologies focusing on Agile and Scrum.
• 4. Proven problem solving, analytical, adaptability and time management skills
• 5. Service Delivery experience from IT Service Industry
