Tech Mahindra is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect (Java + Banking) to lead architecture decisions in a banking domain. Location: Navi Mumbai / Chennai, on-site, full-time.

Requires 15+ years of experience and strong expertise in Java, Angular, Spring Boot, Oracle, API design, OpenShift, and EA frameworks. Responsibilities include defining vision, roadmaps, and ensuring alignment across business, data, and technology layers.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/IT or equivalent.
• Hands-on design in banking domain and SDLC/Agile methods.

Role: - Enterprise Architect (Java + Banking)

Location: - Navi Mumbai l' Chennai

Employment Type: - Full time

Experience Required:- 15+ years

9 hours (Relaxation to minimum 7 hours everyday with balance hours getting covered other days within the same week)

Work from office (Monday to Friday plus 1st, 3rd & 5th Saturday every month)

This account requires 5 days + alternate Saturday working however employees are entitled to avail bank holidays which roughly balances out the additional working days

Responsibility

• Collaborate and consult with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural solutions by assuring business, application, infrastructure and data decisions are aligned with enterprise architecture strategy.
• Own the enterprise architecture vision, strategy and roadmaps from a business, process, technology, and data perspective, including `as is, `to be and transitional states.
• Understand the organizations ecosystem and its interdependencies and its impact in case of any change, including reference architectures.
• Establish architectural principles, policies, best practices and standards, documentation, and artefacts generation.
• Proactive communicate and mentor team of designers and developers along with business analyst, tester, and support people.
• Deep knowledge of Micro Services Architecture and SOA for services design leading to enhancements to optimize performance, scalability by recommending reuse, sustainability with effective risk management.
• Drive the adoption of DevOps practices, automation, and CICD pipelines to streamline software delivery processes Requirements.

Education: BE or ME in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.

• Proven experience more than 15+ years and working as an enterprise architect or similar role in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Technologies exposure Java Angular, Spring Boot, Oracle, API gateway, API design, OpenShift, WAS, Golden Gate, mobile technologies, DevOps, Security Certification in TOGAF, Zachman Framework or other EA framework would have added advantage
• Strong hands on experience on designing high volume service in banking domain; corporate banking exposure preferred Expertise in SDLC and project management methodologies focusing on Agile and Scrum.
• Proven problem solving, analytical, adaptability and time management skills
• Service Delivery experience from IT Service Industry
