Hiring: Senior Enterprise Architect

Experience: 12+ Years in IT, with 5+ Years in Enterprise/Business Architecture
Location: Noida
Domain: Banking & Financial Services

Work Schedule: US stakeholder overlap of 34 hours daily (evening IST)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect to strengthen the central architecture team, drive architecture governance, and build scalable enterprise architecture practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business capability models, including L2 decomposition and capability heat maps.
• Lead Architecture Review Board (ARB) reviews, assess solutions, and drive architecture decisions.
• Design architecture governance processes, decision records, and significance assessment frameworks.
• Lead Enterprise Architecture implementation using ServiceNow APM, Enterprise Architecture Workspace, and CSDM.
• Define reference architectures and technology standards across cloud, data, integration, applications, and security.
• Assess vendor solutions for security, hosting, data residency, integration, and compliance risks.
• Support AI-enabled architecture reviews and improve governance processes.
• Mentor domain architects and contribute to architecture practice development.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in enterprise/business architecture and capability modeling.
• Experience managing or presenting at Architecture Review Boards.
• ServiceNow APM / EA Workspace / CSDM or equivalent EA tools.
• Knowledge of TOGAF, ArchiMate, cloud, APIs, data platforms, and security.
• Understanding of banking risk, regulatory requirements, and third-party risk.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: TOGAF certification, BIAN knowledge, ServiceNow certification, and exposure to AI/LLM-based architecture tools.
