• Experience on PaaS and cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud.
• Strong data engineering foundation: ETL/ELT, data modeling, batch/streaming.
• Familiar with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration architecture, BPM, and event-driven systems.
• Experience integrating SaaS, legacy platforms, and core insurance systems like DuckCreek.

Job description

12 to 15 Years of strong leadership experience of designing and architecting large scale enterprise applications in insurance or financial services domains.

Expert level understanding of enterprise architecture, application design, and system integration for complex, regulated environments

Strong hands on background in full stack development and troubleshooting. Preferred experience in implementing / design application with technology stack including backend in Node.js, NestJS and front end in React, NextJS & Flutter.

Proven leadership in enterprise API strategy and integration, including Apigee (Edge / Apigee X), REST APIs, PostgreSQL, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API security standards

Experience architecting solutions on PaaS and Cloud Platform preferably GCP Google cloud platforms.

Solid foundation in data engineering, including data ingestion, ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, batch and streaming architectures

Experience with RAG and retrieval systems, including vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and document chunking strategies

Strong knowledge of enterprise integration architecture, BPM, event driven systems, and complex event processing

Extensive experience integrating best of breed SaaS, legacy platforms, and core insurance systems

Hands on exposure to enterprise integration middleware and platforms and modern architecture paradigms

Working knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated delivery pipelines

Proven solution design experience with core insurance platforms such as DuckCreek and related middle office systems

Strong understanding of operating systems, databases, and infrastructure fundamentals

Familiarity with the General Insurance technology landscape, including TCS BaNCS, DuckCreek, Policy Asia, Health Buzz, Newgen, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, business rule engines, commission management systems, and enterprise portals

Extensive experience with insurance specific integrations, including IIB, OEM and workshop integrations, Vahan, i Assist, UIDAI, CERSAI, ABHA, and web aggregators such as PolicyBazaar, Coverfox, RenewBuy, InsuranceDekho, and Turtlemint.
