Job summary

Experis is seeking an Enterprise Architect in India to lead digital strategy, architecture, and transformation across BFSI platforms. You will guide front-to-back technology stacks, mentor teams, and shape toolchains for scalable digital delivery.

The role requires deep GCP and Java expertise, experience with microservices, and strong stakeholder engagement. Based in India, the position offers permanent employment and immediate notice.

Qualifications

• Strong Digital and Enterprise Architecture skills including technical and business architecture with GCP expertise.
• Significant BFSI domain experience and mentoring BFSI teams.
• Front-end frameworks including responsive, hybrid, and native multi-channel implementations.
• Analytics, Big Data stacks, and cloud analytics are preferred.
• Strong understanding of channel and back-end architectures.
• Experience with integration architecture and third-party projects.
• Security architecture including cybersecurity.
• Process automation, digitization, and workflow implementation.
• Building scalable, high-TPS consumer-facing systems.
• Cloud migration and cloud-based solutions from ground up.
• Refactoring legacy systems using microservices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology leadership to solve BFSI business problems and build the enterprise tech stack from front-end to back-end.
• Define enterprise digital strategy and transformation, future-state and transitional architecture.
• Lead architecture engagements and transformation programs with mixed teams.
• Own complex digital transformation exercises from an architecture standpoint.
• Define and standardize Agile and DevOps practices and toolchains.
• Set up tools and frameworks for repeatable digital delivery.
• Assess architectural approaches and risks; define alternatives.
• Engage with CxO-level and Head-of-Function stakeholders to influence client teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in solutions through Agile adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technology leadership to solve BFSI business problems and build the entire enterprise technology stack, from front-end to back-end, including underlying infrastructure.
• Define enterprise-level digital strategy and transformation, future-state architecture, and transitional architecture.
• Lead architecture engagements and major transformation execution through execution phases, and where applicable, drive internal, client, and third-party vendor mixed teams.
• Own complex digital transformation exercises from an architecture standpoint.
• Define and standardize Agile and DevOps ways of working, including the required toolchains.
• Define tools and frameworks to enable a repeatable approach to digital delivery.
• Assess proposed architectural approaches and risks and define alternative propositions.
• Interact with CxO-level and Head-of-Function stakeholders and influence client and enterprise architect teams.
• Lead continuous improvement in solution processes through Agile adoption.

Skills – Must Have
