You will work closely with the founders.
As the new hire in this role, you'll be the voice of the customer in the company, and lead the charge in developing our customer-centric approach, working closely with our tech, design, and product teams.
What you will be doing
You’ll be responsible for converting, onboarding, managing, and proactively driving success for enterprise customers.
Implementation & Account Ownership
- Own onboarding and post-go-live success for enterprise customers with $50K+ average deal sizes.
- Understand customer billing models and configure Zenskar contracts, pricing, metering, and invoicing accurately.
- Lead pilots and implementations, ensuring successful onboarding within 3–8 weeks.
- Translate complex business requirements into structured Zenskar workflows and setups.
Project Management
- Own delivery timelines and customer communication from kickoff to go-live.
- Track progress, flag risks early, and ensure milestones land on time without follow-ups.
- Run weekly status checkpoints with customer stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management & Escalation
- Manage senior stakeholders including CTOs, CFOs, and CEOs.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing structured feedback with Product and Engineering.
- Create clear handoff documentation and elevate issues when needed, driving them to closure.
Documentation & Enablement
- Create customer-specific onboarding and configuration documentation.
- Contribute to internal wikis, enablement material, and product documentation.
- Communicate clearly - simple enough for CXOs, detailed enough for technical teams.
Key Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in Account Management / Implementation / Customer Success for enterprise customers
- Hands‑on experience supporting customers across global markets, especially North America
- Strong stakeholder management and customer communication skills
- Conceptual understanding of SaaS architecture and APIs
- Prior experience with Salesforce CRM
- Strong analytical skills and structured problem‑solving ability
- Ability to understand functional domains like billing, revenue recognition, receivables
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and bias for action
- Willingness to work US time zones (~430 am IST) on weekdays (Mon-Fri)
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating with minimal supervision
- Not taking yourself too seriously
