Job summary

Carelon Global Solutions India LLP is seeking a highly creative and meticulous Assistant Manager, who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the leader communication strategy, ensuring end-to-end implementation of internal communication messaging as well as social media content of leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Non-BTech (preferably)
• 0-1 year of overall experience
• US Healthcare / Enrollment & Billing Experience will be an added advantage
• Strong written and oral English communication
• Problem-solving and data analysis skills
• Attention to detail and time management

Responsibilities

• Work on different functions in the Organization with a team
• Update and maintain process documentation and SOPs; gather inputs from SMEs
• Assist supervisor in development of reports and basic tasks
• Decision-making aptitudes based on guidelines and ambiguity
• Perform under pressure and multitask
• Achieve individual SLA targets

Position Title: Associate Enrollment (IND) Job Family: MBR > Membership & Enrollment Rep Shift: Job Description: Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly creative and meticulous Assistant Manager, who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the leader communication strategy, ensuring end-to-end implementation of internal communication messaging as well as social media content of leaders. The incumbent will report to Assistant Manager/Manager and will work closely with leaders as well as various other stakeholders to help drive the strategic and organizational growth goals of the organization. The incumbent must possess in-depth knowledge of the US Health Care business and should have prior experience in managing a Team of 20+ associates.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Work on different functions in the Organization with a team
• Update and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures from time to time by taking input from respective subject matter experts Assist supervisor in the development of reports and other basic tasks assigned from time to time
• Decision-making aptitudes based on given guidelines and in ambiguous contexts
• Perform under pressure and multitask
• Achieve individual SLA targets

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Non-BTech (preferably)

EXPERIENCE

• 0-1 year of overall experience
• US Healthcare / Enrollment & Billing Experience will be an added advantage
