We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and manage IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and experience handling large-scale IT systems, managing Government projects would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the engineering team in designing, developing, and deploying IT solutions for government projects.
• Ensure alignment with security protocols and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and roadmaps.
• Oversee software development, infrastructure management, and system integrations.
• Drive innovation, implement best practices, and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and ensure optimal utilization of resources to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and identify opportunities for skill development
• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance project outcomes
