Jacobs is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with extensive experience in industrial projects to design RCC and steel structures, foundations, and PEB works. You will lead project teams, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure adherence to specifications and schedules.
Ideal candidates have 23+ years of experience in engineering management, hands-on STAAD Pro, ETAB, RAM Connections, and related tools, with strong English communication skills for global collaboration.

Master’s Degree (ME/M. Tech/ MS) in Structural Engineering
23+ years of experience in industrial projects in the domain of
Engages in all engineering management activities within discipline assigned to him.
Performs all functions as a project lead for project or Group of Projects.
Takes initiatives for successful delivery of services within the department and operates with minimum guidance
Participates and Represents Jacobs in all Client facing and critical meetings to provide solutions to meet project objectives
Hands on STAAD Pro, ETAB, RCDC, SAFE, Idea Statica, RAM Connections,
Impressive command over English written and verbal skills & ability to interact / coordinate with global Teams in a global environment are essential.
Excellent domain knowledge of Design of RCC, Steel structure, Pre-Engineered Building works, General Civil Works.
Tender Preparation TBA , CBA
Awareness of 3D platforms like Sp3D, Revit 3D, Civil 3D.
