What will I be doing?
  • Own and drive product development – Lead the end-to-end execution of a mission-critical technology product at Multiplier, from inception to launch and beyond. You will shape and implement cutting-edge fintech solutions that meet the needs of our customers and partners.
  • Architect, build, and scale high-performance systems – Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure fintech platforms that handle complex financial transactions and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a high-performing engineering team – Mentor, guide, and empower engineers to build innovative products while maintaining engineering excellence. Set high standards for coding, architecture, and software quality.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with product, design, and business teams to define technical strategy, prioritize roadmap features, and deliver impactful solutions that improve customer experiences.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and scalability – Given the fintech domain, security and compliance will be paramount. You’ll enforce industry best practices for data protection, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Actively contribute to code reviews and technical discussions – Stay hands-on when needed, reviewing and contributing to critical components to ensure high engineering standards.
  • Hire and build a world-class team – Attract, recruit, and retain top engineering talent globally, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.

  • Data-driven decision-making – Strong analytical skills and experience using data to optimize engineering efficiency, product performance, and customer experience.
  • Agile leadership – Experience implementing Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices to deliver software efficiently.
  • Proven hiring & leadership skills – Strong ability to recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent, driving both individual and team success.
