Job summary

Linde Engineering is looking for a senior leader to oversee end-to-end LNG project engineering in Vadodara, India. The role requires coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across Engineering, Procurement, and Construction to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.

You will interface with clients and global teams, manage risks and changes, and drive the use of digital engineering tools and integrated platforms to streamline execution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading LNG or large-scale engineering projects.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Procurement, and Construction.
• Strong knowledge of codes, standards, and specifications.

• Lead and integrate multi-disciplinary global engineering team driving seamless collaboration across Engineering, Procurement, and Construction.
• Serve as the primary interface between engineering, project management, clients/PMC, and global teams, ensuring alignment with client specifications and project goals.
• Proactively manage risks and scope changes, schedule, and budgeted quantities.
• Develop and monitor engineering schedules, manage risks, resolve technical challenges, and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards and specifications.
• Drive adoption and effective use of digital engineering tools, integrated platforms, and system-driven execution processes.
