Job summary

S2NERGY PVT. LTD. seeks an experienced engineering coordinator with 10–15 years in offshore/oil & gas EPC to lead engineering packages and client interfaces.

Role covers 3D modelling coordination, procurement tracking, and bid evaluations, with emphasis on timely delivery and quality across onshore and offshore projects.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in offshore oil & gas / EPC / marine industries.
• Experience in engineering coordination, procurement, bid evaluations, and delivery schedules.
• Strong understanding of offshore standards and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engineering coordination for 3D modelling and design across offshore and onshore projects.
• Interface with clients to ensure timely delivery of engineering packages.
• Monitor productivity and quality of engineering resources.
• Regular cadence with project planner twice weekly to track schedules.
• Provide technical inputs for bid submissions.
• Support preparation of MTOs/BOMs, datasheets, and technical bid submissions.
• Track procurement and engineering progress via regular meetings.
• Manage document controller for audit and project documentation.

Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Engineering Coordination

• Experienced in managing 3D modelling and design of offshore (FPSOs, FLNGs, Fixed platforms, etc.) and onshore projects spanning (but not limited to) the architectural discipline.
• Interface with Clients and ensure timely delivery of engineering packages.
• Monitor productivity and quality of engineering resources.
• Regular cadences with project planner 2 times a week to ensure tracking of project schedule.
• Provide technical inputs for bid submissions

Project Support & Coordination

• Support engineering department in preparation of MTOs/BOMs, product datasheets, techno-commercial evaluations and technical bid submissions to clients.
• Track procurement and engineering progress by holding regular meetings.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve execution issues, deliverable delays, and vendor challenges.
• Manage document controller for audit and project documentation and tracking.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Experience

1. 10-15 years in offshore oil & gas / EPC / marine industry.
2. Exposure in managing engineering coordination, procurement, bid evaluations and project delivery schedules.

Technical Background

1. Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
2. Strong understanding of offshore standards and requirements.
