Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for LNG Projects in Vadodara, India. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in EPC/Oil & Gas project execution and a proven track record managing large projects valued at over USD 500 million.

This role involves leading end-to-end project execution, strategic planning, and client engagement. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering.

Reporting To: Head / Director – Project Execution

About the Role

We are looking for a senior leader to drive the delivery of high-value LNG projects as Project Manager. This role will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with commercial, technical, and contractual objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large-scale LNG/EPC projects from initiation to completion
• Define project strategy, execution plans, and resource mobilization
• Act as the primary interface with clients and key stakeholders
• Oversee project financials, commercial performance, and risk management
• Drive coordination across global delivery teams and multiple disciplines
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and HSE requirements
• Lead claims management, variation orders, and commercial negotiations

Candidate Profile

• Experience:15+ years in EPC / Oil & Gas / LNG project execution
• Proven experience as Project Director on large projects (USD 500M+)
• Experience delivering multiple LNG or gas projects
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering
