Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager who is currently leading engineering teams while remaining hands-on technically. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java and Node.js, SaaS/product engineering, architecture, and software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
• Drive Agile execution, managing multiple sprints, releases, and engineering priorities.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams while maintaining hands-on technical involvement.
• Define engineering roadmaps in collaboration with Product and Business teams.
• Drive initiatives around system scalability, performance, maintainability, and technical debt reduction.
• Review architecture, design, and code to ensure engineering best practices.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, security, monitoring, and observability.
• Identify and resolve technical risks and production issues.
