• Client Management: Act as primary engineering contact, run reviews, manage risks, build trusted-advisor positioning.
• Stakeholder Management: Align with internal leadership, collaborate across workstreams, represent in leadership forums.
• Scoping & Pre-sales: Partner on new opportunities, lead solution design, maintain estimation frameworks, identify growth opportunities.
