Job summary

Synapsis Automation is seeking an Engineering leader to drive automation and control systems projects in India. You will lead engineering teams, manage project execution, and engage with customers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

The role emphasizes leadership in Rockwell and Siemens platforms, HMI/SCADA, and continuous improvement of engineering processes across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with Rockwell Automation platforms and Siemens automation environments.
• Proficiency in FactoryTalk View SE/ME and WinCC Unified/Professional.
• Hands-on experience with AVEVA InTouch HMI and System Platform.
• Strong background in automation and control systems engineering.
• Ability to lead project execution and drive continuous improvement.
