Job summary

Blue Spire Inc. in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead Java teams and drive design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

You will mentor senior engineers, steer system design and CI/CD adoption, coordinate with Product, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders, and ensure performance, security, and reliability across services.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of overall software engineering experience.
• 3–4 years of experience as an Engineering Manager / Engineering Lead.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Strong experience in system design and distributed systems.
• Experience with REST APIs and enterprise application development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database technologies.
• Experience with Kafka or other messaging technologies.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities
