Job summary

Infosys Finacle is seeking a hands-on Java Lead / Engineering Manager to drive the design and development of large-scale, distributed applications while leading high-performing engineering teams. You will combine strong technical expertise with leadership to deliver scalable, business-critical solutions.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with Product and Program Managers to define product strategy, and drive Agile delivery, architectural decisions, and roadmaps for complex software programs.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Microservices, REST APIs, JPA and Hibernate.
• Solid understanding of Algorithms, Data Structures, OOA/OOD, Design Patterns and SOLID principles.
• Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience in distributed systems architecture, infrastructure design, and cloud/on-premise environments.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex software projects.
