What will you be doing here?

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of software engineers.
Oversee the execution of engineering projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget goals are met.
Drive engineering best practices, architecture decisions, and code quality standards.
Work closely with Product, Design, QA, and other stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals.
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback and career development support.
Participate in hiring processes to attract and retain top engineering talent.
Stay current with industry trends and advocate for the adoption of new tools and technologies that improve team productivity and code quality.

Requirement

8+ years of backend software development experience, with strong expertise in Python and Django.
B.tech in computer science or a related field.
2+ years of people management or technical leadership experience
Solid hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in AWS.
Proven success managing projects in an agile environment
Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup or scale-up environment
