Qualifications

• 7–10 years total work experience, particularly in product development.
• Prior involvement as a founding or early engineering team member in a startup.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on Python coding experience.
• Proficiency with web frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
• Deep understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB.
• Experience with message queues and streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Celery).
• Strong DevOps skills: CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and cloud deployments.
